The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mayapuri Wax Museum and its licensors. Our intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the artwork images, museum name, logos, website design, and all text.

- User-Generated Content: If you submit photographs or other content to us (e.g., through a contest or social media promotion), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that content.
B. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site:
- In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or “spam.”
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Museum, a Museum employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
2. Ticket Sales and Reservations
A. Purchase Agreement
All tickets and reservations purchased through the Site are non-transferable and subject to availability.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to pay the indicated price, including applicable taxes and fees.
- We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions and are not responsible for issues arising from their processes.
B. Refund and Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds or exchanges unless expressly stated otherwise (e.g., promotional offers).
- Museum Closure: In the rare event of closure due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or public health concerns), we may offer an alternative date, voucher, or refund at our discretion.
C. Entry and Admission
- A valid ticket or booking confirmation (digital or printed) must be presented for entry.
- Late Arrival: Entry may be delayed or denied without refund if you miss your scheduled time slot.
- Rules of the Gallery: Visitors must follow Museum conduct rules — including restrictions on touching exhibits, consuming food/drinks, and using photography equipment where prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
Mayapuri Wax Museum and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
- Any content obtained from the Site.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
This limitation applies whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mayapuri Wax Museum, its licensors, and their respective employees, agents, and directors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
